Fees

My fee is a flat rate of $125.00 per week per child, and is due on Monday morning each week, regardless of attendance. This fee holds the spot for your child(ren). I do not take drop-ins or fill open spots on days that children are absent. 

I do not charge for days that I am closed. Fees are prorated at $25 per day closed. For example, if I am open Monday through Thursday, and closed on Friday, the amount due for the week will be $100. 

Payments can be made weekly, biweekly or monthly, but must be made in advance. Payment can be made in cash or by check. 

Check payments that bounce due to insufficient funds will be assessed a $35 charge. Any parent/guardian with 2 bounced checks or bounce backs will be required to pay by cash or money order only. Care will not be provided until all fees are paid in full. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Fees are subject to change with a 30 day written notice.

Down Payment

Prior to service, I require a down payment equal to one week of care. This down payment will be applied to your final week of care, provided proper 2 week notice of termination is given and no outstanding fees are owed. If a 2 week notice is not given and/or you have an outstanding balance, the down payment will be forfeited.
